Inn, formerly two 2-bay houses. Probably late C17 or early C18. Coursed
limestone rubble. Banded plain and fishscale tile roof. Two storeys. To the
right hand cottage is a projecting two storey porch wing with thin scantling
timber-framing to the first floor. It bears a date inscription 1624. The
first floor had an oriel window on cut brackets. C20 brick infill to ground
floor with 7-light 'wrap round' C20 casement window. Other windows in this
cottage are C20 3-light casements. Left hand cottage first floor has two 3-
light casements. Ground floor one 3-light casement and small bay window.
