This statue was discovered headless in an old barn behind Turvey Mill. For
some unknown reason, a bearded male head was paired with the obviously female
torso and the statue erected in 1953 by Mr V C Dashwood, the then owner of
Turvey Mill. Included for group value with the bridge.
