Public house annex. Probably C15 or C16 in origin but remodelled and partly rebuilt in the C17. Timber framed with brick rebuilding, painted white; plain tile roof. Two storeys with first floor band; two gabled bays with C19 wood mullioned and transomed windows, the first floor windows have segmental heads. Exposed queen strut roof truss to the left hand gable.
To the rear is exposed timber framing of large rectangular panels.
