Farmhouse wall and gate piers. Mid-C18. Red brick, plain tile roof; brick external end stacks. Two storeys and gable-lit attic with storey bands and dentilled eaves band. Three windows, sixteen-pane glazing bar sashes, first floor windows to left and right have false external shutters. Central C20 door and rustic porch with hipped roof.
Interior: large open fireplace with cast-iron fittings. Staircase lobby immediately inside front door, plain dog-leg staircase.
Attached garden wall encloses the right hand side and the front of a front garden, square end piers, and square gate piers in the centre of the front wall, with gadrooned vase.
