House and mounting block. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar
plinth and dressings; right wing in incised stucco. Roofs of Welsh slate;
main roof has stone gable coping and yellow brick chimneys with tall patent-
flue pots, the wing has red brick chimney. 2 storeys, 3 bays and lower 2-storey,
one-bay right wing. 6-panel door and 4-pane overlight in plain stone surround
in second bay; plain stone surrounds to 16-pane sashes; later raised stone-
surround to tripartite ground-floor window,with some glazing. bars,in wider third
bay. Right-wing has plain wide ground-floor window under recessed wood lintel,
and plain sash above. Roofs have swept eaves and end chimneys; that on main
building has right gable coping on curved kneeler.

Mounting block of 3 stone steps, to right of door.
