Farmhouse with 2 attached cottages, formerly a farmhouse and attached
farmbuildings. Late C18, converted early C19. Coursed dressed stone with
stone slate roof. A single ridge and 2 gable stacks. 2 storey with a deep
basement. Farmhouse to left has central doorway, reached up a flight of 5
steps, with glazed plank door in flush ashlar surround. Eitherside are
single 16-pane glazing bar sashes that to the right larger. Above 2 smaller
12-pane glazing bar sashes.

Cottages to right have 2 central doorways with panel doors, with to the left
a 12-pane and to the right a 16-pane glazing bar sash. Above 2 similar
sashes.

North-west gable-wall has 2 windows at basement level, with above a single
plain sash to each floor.

Rear wall has a single doorway with plank door and flush ashlar surround to
the basement and to the left a roofless single storey lean-to addition.
INTERIOR: Contains an original fireplace with C19 range.
