Formerly known as Thatched Cottage.
Standing in the grounds of Binstead House it was once the parsonage.
Possibly C17. Two storeys stone rubble on half H plan with two
half hipped gables. Thatched roof with ornamented bargeboards half
hidden by thatch. Three casement windows "Eyebrows" over first floor
window in recessed centre. Below it a rustic wood porch with slate
roof.
