House. Early or mid C19. Painted stucco, with angle pilasters and eaves
cornice, on chamfered plinth. Hipped graduated greenslate roof with C20 ridge
tiles; painted stucco chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Panelled door with
round-headed overlight in pilastered surround, within Doric doorcase. Sash
windows in plain reveals. At one time called Balwinnom.
