Terraced houses. c.1800 Portman Estate development (upper part of front
of No. 29 partially rebuilt). Stock brick with stucco ground floors;
No. 29 rusticated; concealed slate roofs. 4 and 5 storeys respectively,
on basement. 3-window wide fronts. Square headed doorways to left,
No. 30 with engaged fluted columns shorn of caps and cornice; panelled
doors and fanlights. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged arches to upper
floors. Plat band over ground floor stuccowork. Parapets with stone
copings. No. 29 has cast iron, geometric patterned balcony across 1st
floor while No. 30 has window guards. Cast iron area railings with urn
finials. Included for group value only.
