Late C18 (western part of building early to mid C19). Formerly 3 dwellings. Hammer
dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stneslate roof. Coped gables. Moulded footstones at
the western end. Stone brackets to gutter. 2 storeys. South elevation has: Ground
floor; Lean-to extension. Entrance with stone surround and tie-stones. Two 4-light
stone mullioned windows (one is chamfered and recessed). First floor; Two 3-light
stone mullioned windows (one has one light blocked and one mullion removed). Two 4-
light stone mullioned windows (one is chamfered and recessed). North elevation has:
Ground floor; Two entrances with stone surrounds. One 5-light stone mullioned window.
2 single lights with stone surrounds. First floor; Two 3-light stone mullioned windows.
One 2-light stone mullioned window. One single light with stone Surround. One loading
door of later date. The dividing wall between the older and newer parts of the building,
formerly an external wall, has a 2-light chamfered and recessed stone mullioned window
(blocked). West elevation has: One 2-light stone mullioned window. One single light
with stone surrounds.
