This is the corner building of Union Street and St Thomas's Square and
consists of two sections, originally separate houses. 1840 circa. Four
storeys. Stuccoed. Both sections have curved fronts, cornice and parapet.
The East section has a frontage of five windows, a cornice above each floor
and windows in moulded architrave surrounds. The West section projects and
has four fluted columns from the first to second floor which were originally
Corinthian but of which the capitals have been removed; round headed
windows on first floor. Early C20 and later shop fronts.
