Mid-late C19. Part of a range of semi-detached houses built to accommodate
agricultural workers. Each pair having an individually designed front.
An advanced project for its period. Flint pebbles and red brick quoins
and dressings and an ornamental eaves cornice band. Two storeys. Two
window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Gabled open porches.
Roof slate, hipped, with a central ridge chimney stack.
