Mid-late C19. Part of a range of semi-detached houses built to accommodate
agricultural workers. Each pair having an individually designed front.
An advanced project for its period. Red brick with black brick diapering
between the storeys and black brick patterns. Two storeys. Two window
range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The north house has a window
inserted in the place of the doorway. Roof slate, hipped, with a central
ridge chimney stack.
