C15 timber framed hall-house now of 2 storeys and 3 bays, with crosswing added
at south end during C17, making an L-plan. Crosswing gambrel roofed, main block
ridged and gabled. Frame, heavy and well wind-braced with side-purlin roof,
open hall on the central bay laterally divided circa 1575. A bay was added to
the north end probably circa 1700. Long range thatched with 2 eyebrow dormers,
crosswing peg-tiled and fly-hipped. Windows modern pairs of leaded casements.
The front elevation is a modern rebuilding.
