Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick with pantile roof. Partial plinth.
Cogged eaves, coped gables. 2 gable stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
L-plan. Windows are plain sashes, those to ground floor with
original segmental rubbed brick heads. Street front has central
door with moulded jambs and segmental overlight. Flanked by
single sashes. Above, 3 sashes. Rear wing has 2 C20 casements,
and above, a single casement. Adjoining lower 2 storey
outbuilding with gabled pantile roof and dentillated eaves.
Return angle has door with segmental head. Above, a casement.
To south east, a casement. Outside, C19 lead pump with timber
case and fluted spout. 2 plain stone troughs. Adjoining brick
boundary wall, mid C19. Flat and gabled coping. 4 chamfered
brick piers with pyramidal ashlar caps.
