Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick with pantile and Roman tile roof.
Partly rendered. Brick plinth. First floor band. Half-round
brick eaves. Coped gables with kneelers. 3 gable stacks. 2
storeys, 3 bays. L-plan. Windows are glazing bar and plain
sashes. Those to front ground floor have segmental rubbed brick
heads. East front has central reeded doorcase with matching
brackets to open pediment. Fanlight and panelled door. Flanked
by single sashes. Above, 3 sashes. South gable has, to left,
sash and to right, French window. South front has to left, late
C18 lower 2 storey addition. Off-centre door with gabled hood on
curved brackets, flanked to left by casement and to right by C19
hipped bay window with barred casements. To right, large barred
Yorkshire sash. Above, to right, casement and Yorkshire sash.
Return angle has large lean-to addition with 2 casements. West
gable has, above, small casement. Street side has to left, brick
boundary wall with ramped slab coping, square brick pier and
close boarded door, 20M long. To its right, 2 sashes. Beyond,
barred casement and a Yorkshire sash. Above, to right, 2 C20
casements. Above, to left, illegible datestone.
