Originally stables, later lodge, then private house. Built in 1916 by Sir Edwin Lutyens, one of a
pair of service buildings. The main house, Felbridge Place, was designed but never executed.
Classical style in the manner of Soane's barns 'a la Paestum'. Built of sandstone blocks with hipped
Horsham stone slate roof with sandstone chimneystack. L-shaped building of one storey; 4
windows to front. Wooden casement windows with leaded lights. Front has portico of 6 Tuscan
columns.
