Office building. Mid C19, raised mid C20, with late C20
alterations. Brick with ashlar front and dressings and
rendered parapet, with slate roof and single gable stack.
Italianate style.
3 storeys; 3 window range. First floor has rusticated quoins
and pilasters and 3 round-headed 2-light windows with tracery
and moulded keystones. Below the central window, a segmental
panel with a festooned coat of arms. The outer windows have
pseudo balustrades. Above, a roll moulded cornice. Second
floor has ornamented panelled pilasters and three 2-light
mullioned windows with plain sashes and pseudo balustrades.
Above, string course and deep coped parapet with panelled
angle pilasters. Ground floor has rusticated quoins and
pilasters and moulded cornice with paired scroll brackets. C20
doorway to left, and to right 2 C20 single pane windows with
toplights.
