Crimean war memorial. 1858. Resited and reduced in 1960. By G
Goldie. Ashlar and bronze. Large seated figure of Victory,
with bronze wreath and shield, and Latin inscription on base.
Coped square pedestal with diagonal flanking piers and
inscribed tablet. Circular base with combined railing and
seat. The memorial originally stood at Moorhead.
