Cascade and stepping stones. 1922-28. Natural rock. U-plan.
Irregular recess simulating a natural feature, with waterfall.
Across the east end, a curving row of large stepping stones.
The feature forms the east end of the boating lake. The lake
was excavated by WH Radford, engineer, of Nottingham.
This building is part of the architectural scheme of a public
park developed in 1922-28 by Sir Jesse Boot.
