Town house, now a restaurant. C18. Killas rubble with timber
lintels; steep scantle slate roof; brick end stacks; cast-iron
ogee gutter. Double-depth plan including rear wing. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Late C19 4-pane hornless sashes except for C20
glazed doors in enlarged former window opening to ground-floor
right and glazed door to original central doorway.
INTERIOR not inspected. This building is part of an important
group of C18 and early C19 buildings. Included for group
value.
