Myrtle Cottage

Uploader's Comments

c 1920. My Great-grandfather, William James Martin, with two unidentified girls, at the door of Myrtle Cottage. William was a baker and confectioner, and the house came to my Great-grandmother, Sarah Jane Veale, from her father, Stephen Veale, who worked as a boatmen. Sarah's beloved garden has since been trashed and built over, but her Yucca trees still stand.
