Town house, later a shop, now a house again. Early C19.
Painted brick with nearly flat brick arches; dressed granite
sills; asbestos slate roof, hipped on the right. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original or mid
C19 12-pane hornless sashes to upper floors. Central 1st-floor
sill inscribed: "JEFFERY'S MID-HIGH STREET". Rendered fascia
of former shop front above ground floor which has C20
restoration of original arrangement with copy sashes flanking
central doorway with 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected.
