Shop premises with 2 shops and residential accommodation
above. Probably 1860s, part of a post-fire rebuilding in this
street. Stucco on studwork; asbestos slate roof; rendered
stack on the left, brick stack on the right. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range with original 12-pane hornless
sashes. Original 6-light double shop front with end pilasters
and pelmet for blind over fascia; tall basket-arched lights
flanking splayed entrance with sidelights and glazed shop
doors plus central 4-panel house door with flush bottom
panels. INTERIOR: plain interior to shops, otherwise not
inspected.
