Suburban villa, now 3 houses. Early C19. Stucco on rubble with
plinth; U-plan hipped roof with original grouted scantle slate
roof on the left, asbestos slate on the right; brick stacks at
rear. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window road
front and symmetrical 3-window principal front to left-hand
return. Pilasters with roundels, carved trailing mid-floor
band to left-hand return and simple string to front. Original
hornless sashes with glazing bars, taller sashes to ground
floor. Central original glazed porch with Tuscan columns and
elliptical-arched doorway to left-hand return; blocked window
over central C20 door with overlight in reduced opening to
front. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
