Suburban villa, now 2 houses. Early C19. Stucco on rubble with
plinth and mid-floor enriched band; asbestos slate hipped roof
with slightly-projecting eaves; brick end stack on right.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Original
hornless sashes with horizontal panes and margin panes except
for later 2-storey canted bay on the right with horned sashes
and cornices. Central elliptical-arched doorway with
top-glazed 4-panel door and panelled reveals within Doric
porch with fluted half-columns. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest. One of a good group of C19 villas.
