Small terraced house. Mid C19. Incised stucco on rubble;
asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves; rendered stack on
the right; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes;
glazed box porch on the left with moulded pilasters, pair of
glazed doors and sidelights with glazing bars.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
