Braxted and attached front walls and
piers
GV II
House. Late C18, refronted early C19. Rendered limestone
rubble with dressings, gable stacks and interlocking tile
roof. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys, basement and attic; 3-window range. A symmetrical
front with raised pilaster strips and plat band, coped gables
and kneelers, Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment to
round-arched doorway, batwing fanlight and half-glazed door.
Later 2/2-pane sashes, and 3 casement dormers with cambered
heads.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
