House, divided into 2 shops, now one. Early C18, divided mid
C19. Limestone rubble with ashlar and brick gable stacks and a
stone slate roof. 2-room parallel plan, with rear extension.
EXTERIOR: each of 2 storeys; 1-window range. Right-hand
doorways with mid C19 surrounds and shop fronts with panelled
jambs to fascias and cornices, and thin mullions to
segmental-headed plate-glass windows. No.67 has an overlight
and half-glazed door and shop front with 4 lights, shop front
of No.69 divided 2:1 both with timber surrounds. First-floor
has timber lintels to 2/2-pane horned sashes in flush frames,
with 12/12-pane leaded casement dormer to left and 15/15-pane
to right.
INTERIOR: details include a ground-floor with a right-hand
fireplace with bressumer and an inserted C19 fireplace,
chamfered, stopped axial ceiling beam, and a scratch sun dial
reset in an inside wall.
