These photos capture the current building outline and context of the buildings next to it. It is the tallest building in the park and current proposals from new owners are showing up to 4 stories additional to this grade 2* listed building and demolishing the non listed rear element of the property for luxurious residential flats. There proposal argues that despite purchasing the property with its current use restrictions the only way proposed to neighbours is to make this viable for making it economic to develop is to change the use to luxury residential units and transforming the frontage substantially and adding up to four stories of bulk to the building and demolishing the unlisted elements of the building - no details have been provided about the efforts to explore the existing intended use of the building and it is being argued this is the only way to make it work financially after they have bought the building in the past year
