House, now offices. Early/mid C19. Yellow stock brick, Flemish
bond, low-pitched Welsh slated roof with panelled soffit and
bracketed eaves.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 bay facade subdivided by brick
pilasters and plain stucco band at first floor and moulded
band and cornice at second-floor level. 3 sash windows to
first floor, 12:12:16-pane, in shallow reveals under rubbed
brick flat arches, with stone sills. Second-floor windows
6:6:8-pane. Ground floor has carriageway at left; doorway in
central bay with 6-panel door flanked by slim reeded pilasters
with plain semicircular fanlight, all recessed in outer brick
arch with stucco impost band; 16-pane sash window at right.
Rear outshoot 2- and 3-storey, plain stuccoed, with Welsh
slated roofs.
