House. Early C19, with late C19 alterations. Yellow stock
brick, Flemish bond, old tiled roof behind parapet at front
above brick band and sawtooth band cornice, central yellow
brick multi-flue chimneystack, 2-bay front with side entry to
semi-detached houses.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics. 2-storey late C19 canted bay
window at left, with 3 sash windows, plain glazed with single
glazing bar in wide centre sash, stuccoed spandrel, brick
base, hipped tiled roof. First floor right has mullion and
transom wood casement, recessed under rubbed brick flat arch,
ground floor with 12-pane sash window. Right flank (south)
elevation of No.7 faces garden; central 2-light small paned
attic casement, 2-light casement at right and first floor,
ground floor has canted late C19 bay windows with hipped tiled
roofs left and right, with central wooden porch with canted
glazed side lights, and colonnettes supporting central lancet
arch. Long 2 and single storey outshut at right.
