Brindleys Corn Mill

A Grade II Listed Building in Leek, Staffordshire

Brindley's corn mill, south gable

Uploader's Comments

The 1752 water-powered corn mill is dwarfed by the large sportswear factory next door. The surviving building comprises only two thirds of the original mill as the southern part of the building was demolished in 1948 due to road widening. The south gable of the mill was rebuilt along the line of an internal partition wall. Photo taken 27/10/2014 from Belle Vue Road looking north.
