Lodge. Circa 1870. Seacox Estate style and probably by Slater and Carpenter, Vernacular Revival style. Ground floor sandstone, first floor part tile-hung, part timberframed with pebbledashed infill. Tiled roof with one clustered brick chimneystack. Front elevation, at right angles to the road, has gable with fretted bargeboard, a four-light casement to the first floor and canted bay to the ground floor. Side to road has large gabled dormer and lean-to porch. Rear elevation has gable with fretted bargeboards hung with alternate courses of two plain and two curved tiles. Four-light casement to first floor, jetty supported on wooden brackets and two casements to ground floor.
