Circa 1840-50 house of red brick on rectangular plan. Of 2 storeys, red brick
Flemish bonded, with hipped slate-clad roof, eaves with troughing and central
red brick chimney stack. On the first storey 2 hornless small-pane sash windows
interspersed with 3 decorative terracotta panels. Two matching windows on the
ground storey with segmental brick arches, modern front door placed centrally.
