Detached villa. 1843-8. George Ledwell-Taylor. Stucco. Roof not visible.
Italianate style. 2 storeys, attic and basement. 3 bays to Westbourne Terrace
centre bow wider; slightly advanced; with entrance and segmental pediment with
thermal window. Rusticated quoins. Tripartite columnar porch with waterleaf
capitals and balustrade above. Later C19 iron and glass canopy to entrance.
Panelled door set in stucco surrounds to pavement. Square-headed windows
architraved, corniced to ground floor (blind). Sashes, plate glass. Dentil
cornice above first floor, subsidiary cornice to attic. Return to left with 2
storey segmental bow window. Return also to right.
