Detached villa. 1843-8. George Ledwell-Taylor. Stucco. Leaded mansard.
Italiante style. 2 storeys, attic mansard and basement. 3 bays, centre one
wider and slightly advanced with segmental pediment with thermal window.
Rusticated quoins. Central entrance in tripartite columnar porch with waterleaf
capitals and solid balustrade above. Panelled door. Square-headed architraved
windows corniced to ground floor (blind). Some metal casements, some sashes;
glazing bars. Dentil cornice above first floor, subsidiary cornice to attic.
Return with 2-storey segmental bow window. Cast iron area railings.
