Cottage. Mid C18. Red brick with remnants of render and whitewash. Concrete pantile roof. Single central red brick ridge stack. Two storeys, three bays. Central doorway with C20 door flanked by single glazing bar Yorkshire sashes under segmental arches. Above are two similar sashes. To the left is a lean-to with band continuing from the cottage. Doorway with wooden door and single casement to the left.
