5/28 Pond Farmhouse

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with early C19 front. Red stretchers and
pink headers. Hipped pantile roof. Single red brick stacks to
rear and right. Dentil eaves. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central
doorway with panelled door and overlight. Flanked by single
glazing bar sashes. Above are 2 similar sashes and single,
central, similar, smaller sash. All openings have painted wedge
lintels and keyblocks. To the rear is an earlier, lower, 2
storey, 2 bay red brick wing with altered openings.
