House. Said to date from 1849 built of materials from demolished
outbuildings of Methodist Church (c.1720-30 q.v.) ; probably in fact
contemporary with Methodist Church. Ashlar/freestone with Cotswold stone
roof, coped verge to left. 2 storeys; flat strings over ground and first
floors. 2 windows, glazing-bar sashes (on 1st floor with segmental heads)
in wide flat surrounds with cock-beads and keys. Late C19 shop window to
right of centre with glazing bars and half-glazed door.
The remodelling of c.1849 is attributed to Jonathan Banbury (son of former
Parish Clerk).
