Wallingwells Hall

GV II

Walled garden. Coursed rubble with quoins and ashlar coping. Quadrangle plan.
Doorway to the east with wooden door, ashlar surround and keystone. Interior has
on the north wall, near the base, a stone with incised cross marking where
Dame Margaret Dourant, the second prioress, is reputedly buried. The south west
corner has a coursed rubble lean-to with exterior concrete lintel. The east wall
has a single stone block with worn decorative moulding.
