Commercial premises. 1896-7 by F J Eedle and Meyers. Brick and terracotta in a
Flemish style. Five storeys. Late C20 shop front occupies ground floor. Three bays
wide above with 2 storey central oriel bay window; ornate terracotta decoration to
pilasters, spandrels of window heads and friezes; elaborate third floor frieze. Steep
gable with crowning finial and flanking obelisk finials to attic.
