Detached house. Apparently a C19 extension of C18 house. Ham stone ashlar, squared rubble to eastern portion; hipped
Welsh slate roof with wide bracketted eaves soffit to main block, and slate roof with stepped coped east gable to wing;
brick chimney stack. Cl9 portion in a villa style; 2 storeys, 2 bays. Plinth, band course; 12-pane casements replacing
sash windows; to lower bay 2 a C19 pattern door with rectangular fanlight in architraved recess; C18 portion to east
set lower, also 2 storeys, 2 bays; hollow chamfer mullioned windows in slight recess, 2-light above and 3-light below;
garage doors to lower bay 2. On west elevation replacement windows above, of inappropriate pattern, but below pairs of
margined French windows under margined fanlights. Interior not seen.
