Detached house. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between stepped coped gables; stone end
chimney stacks. Two storeys 3 bays. Sash windows of 16-panes in plain openings: to lower bay 2 a 6 flush panelled door
with toolights in recess with beaded surround. Interior not seen. About 3 metres north of house wrot iron railings set
on low stone base wall, having necked spearpoints to top and middle rails, with cast acanthus heads to arch braced
standards; no gate; coped stone walls returning back to house at both ends, all contributing to the setting of the
house and the streetscene generally.
