Terraced town house. 1760s (with early to mid C19 alterations) Portland Estate
development. Stuccoed with channelled ground floor; slate roof. 4 storeys and
dormered mansard on basement. 3 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway with
pilastered side lights and fanlight with cornice raised in pediment over it, to
right. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged arches with architraves, those on 1st
floor with consoled pediments and enriched friezes. 1st floor plat band and
bracketed cornice over 2nd floor; parapet with coping. Late C19 cast iron bowed
balconettes to 1st floor. Cast iron plumbed spike area railings. Interior not
inspected.
