Terraced town house. 1760s Portland Estate development. Stock brick with
channelled stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys (added attic
storey) and basement. 3 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway with
pilastered side lights and fanlight with cornice raised in pediment over it, to
left. Recessed sashes with stucco architraves to upper floors, those on 1st
floor with cornices and pediment over central window. Plat band over ground
floor stuccowork. Moulded stucco bracketed cornice over 3rd floor; parapet with
coping. 1st floor cast iron Grecian balconettes. Cast iron flambé urn finialed
spearhead area railings. Interior not inspected.
