3 knitters' cottages, now 2 houses. 1857. Brick with pantile roofs. Cogged eaves. 2 ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 6 unequal bays. Street front has to left No.225 with single storey C20 addition with a casement. To its right, 2 small windows, flanked by single large knitters' windows. To right again, a small window and beyond, 2 knitters' windows. Knitters' windows all have segmental heads. Above, 6 C20 casements. Blank north gable has the inscription 'M.S. 1857' in burnt headers.
