Early hosiery factory, now a printing works. c.1830. Brick with gabled and hipped pantile roofs. Single ridge stack. Two two storeys, five bays. two builds. Single range. Windows are large glazing bar sashes. Openings to ground floor have segmental heads. South side has five casements on each floor. Rear has three casements. West gable has door and a casement. East gable has a casement on each floor.
