(Previously known as No 8 Queen Street). Detached house. Early C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, rendered and colourwashed
sides; plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses between coped gables; rendered chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3
bays. Sash windows of 16 panes in plain openings with double courses fine gauged brickwork flat arches, and stone
cills; part glazed 6-panel door in matching opening to lower bay 2; long lean-to against north gable of early C20, with
segmental arched 3-light casement window and doorway. Outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
