Pair of cottages. Dated 1862. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiles over stone slate base
courses with purpose-made clay ridge, between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. 'U'-plan; 2 storeys, 4 bays
in all. Bays 1 and 4 are projecting gables; chamfered mullioned windows in plain surrounds, 2-light above and 3-light
below, no labels; in angle of lower bay 2 a cambered arched doorway with boarded door under tiled hood, and in same
angle bay 3 the base of a chimney stack with offsets; additional coped gable over bays 2 and 3 has rectangular plaque,
in which is set a tile with a wyvern device and the date 'R.C.1862'. The door to No. 33 in the north side wall.
